Commonwealth provides services in all aspects of conservation architecture and planning, from documenting extant structures through to the full restoration and development of buildings and sites. Our many skills include conservation technology, architecture, landscape architecture, site planning, and computer drafting. Our clients include property owners, developers, non-profit societies, and governments.
We have extensive experience in producing conservation reports and master development plans. Many have met the requirements of conservation agencies, such as reports on national historic sites in Halifax and Victoria that were approved by Parks Canada, and those on Caribbean resources that were accepted by the Getty Grant Foundation and the World Monuments Watch.
Commonwealth practices a pragmatic approach
